Skimek Terms of Purchase
These Terms of Purchase (“Terms”) govern all transactions between you (“Customer”) and Skimek (the “Company”) for the purchase of products (including underwear, loungewear, and shapewear) through the Skimek website (the “Site”). By placing an order on the Site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms.
1. Order Placement and Confirmation
1.1 When you submit an order on the Site, you are making a binding offer to purchase the selected products. The Company reserves the right to accept or reject your order at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases of product unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity.
1.2 Upon acceptance of your order, the Company will send a confirmation email to the email address you provided during checkout. This email will include your order number, product details, total amount charged, and shipping information. The order confirmation constitutes a valid contract between you and the Company.
